I have been trying for a week to figure out what has happened to my Fitbit. The screen is blank even though the Fitbit says it has a charged battery when I put it on the charger. The screen displays fine on the charger - even rings when a call comes in - but within a minute of coming off the charger, the screen goes blank and unresponsive. I have tried restarting it several times. When it turns back on, a blue flashing screen happens a couple times and then a big red X. I have tried installing updates and that didn't fit it either. Looking for how to fix this if anyone else has encountered this. Appreciate your help!
