I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I’ve had my Fitbit for 4 months and it’s been fine until today, everytime I log my food, it would disappear random food I logged earlier. I’ve updated it just now and restarted it even deleted the app and downloaded again, still not working…any other ideas on how to fix this?

Having the same issue as well. I just purchased a Pixel Watch 4, haven't even got it yet. This is making me regret that. Might have to return it and look at Samsung products. Why is an entire API down for several hours without any info posted to the community?

Same problem here. Charge 6 on iPhone 16 max. Logged breakfast bit everything else disappears after I log it. Tried force closing, restarting phone, deleting app, logging out. Still doesn’t work. I’m serious about my macros and had to build a spreadsheet to figure out how much room I have left. Not happy about that. Hope it gets fixed soon. What is the official way to report this issue?

Hi this seems to be affecting everything I'm entering from Afternoon smack onwards.
It's affecting custom foods, database entries, recent entries & anything searched for with a barcode so everything.
Like everyone else I've restarted the app, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app etc etc

problem as of 12/4/2025 Noon: EST: you can log a food item - it will appear and calculate - for exactly 5 seconds. Then the entry disappears. Frequent, Recent, Search - all fail the same way. iOs and I see messages, Android as well.

You are not alone...I did like everyone else...uninstalled and reinstalled app, cleared cache, but only my breakfast is on there today. Everything just deletes itself....frustrating!

Give them some time, once enough people bring it to their attention it will get resolved. They had similar issues a month ago and got it taken care of in a few hours

I was able to log breakfast and lunch today, but this evening every food item vanishes as soon as I log it. I have restarted the app, shutdown and restarted my phone, and no improvement. Any suggestions?
