I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Just a quick reminder. 

If you are experiencing issues with the drop down menu and and adding custom foods,please follow this other thread. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/unable-to-add-custom-foods-no-serving-drop-down-menu/m-p...

This will help all of us, to keep the Community in order and avoid any confusion about the issue in discussion. 
Here we are still verifying if someone still experiences  the issue where the Fitbit app deletes the food input after saving it. 

If so, as mentioned previously, please let us know the phone's model and it's operating system version.

The problem of food entries being deleted on my Android phone was fixed on 12/5/25, but since that time food entries log a day ahead of the actual date.  How can I fix this?
