I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Yes! My app is doing the same thing. Every time I add a food entry, another one disappears! My app was working find yesterday. For the record - I have updated the app, logged out of the app, deleted the app, and restarted my phone.. all with no fix! Please help!

can't log food. Tried reinstalling app and sill can't log food.

Fitbit app won't log food - it shows the food but if i click on the "Nutrition facts" for it, it's giving me an "unknown error" message, and then the food item disappears. All previous days logs are still there. Also will not allow a force stop. I've done everything suggested, including uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my phone. The app is up to date. Is this a system wide issue?

Yes I am experiencing the same issue when I try to enter food items. Once I enter the first item and then enter the second item it replaces the first item with the second item. It is malfunctioning and my efforts to contact the help desk are impossible.

Same problem. It only keeps the last item of food logged and that replaces all prior food in the day.
Really not happy with this annoyance - they need to test things before doing updates!!

I didn’t have the problem others experienced in early November, but today every time I try to log food, it disappears soon after. The total calories logged remain for a while longer and then eventually disappear too. I’m using Fitbit 6 and iPhone, both updated to latest available software.

Interesting. Maybe it’s a server-side issue and they recently updated the server as part of the 4.58 release. Food tracking was working prior to the 4.58 release.

This has been happening to me for a few hours. I’ve tried entering food on my iPhone Fitbit app & iPad. I log foods, they seem to be entered, then they disappear.
