I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

For me it happens when I hit the +, in the food log section of the app, to log my food. I haven't tried the barcode as most of my foods are already in recents. I also don't utilize the custom calorie entry. It happens for any time of the day, any meal of the day, currently.

It started happening to me this morning. It logged, and kept my first two entries, and then anything past, say 9:00amish, they log and then a second later disappear. This feature of the app is important to me so this very frustrating.

For me it's regardless if it is from the search, frequent or recent. I can see the items but then they dissapear. I have the inspire three and an Android phone

U can’t even go on Fitbit login dash any more amd I can’t understand the instructions and things like that, have a ADHD and autism, and I rely on this watch quite a lot for peace of mind of my heart, problems and other things amd food amd drink

As of about 8 am I couldn't add any food to the tracker. Hope this gets fixed soon, I rely on it heavily to track macros.

- it happens when I click the (+) in the dashboard thru the Fitbit app on android. I was able to search for a food, add it, and the following happens: if I click back or go to today screen, the calorie intake never update and when I go to the food dashboard it disappeared. Also, if I attempt to add another food before going to the dash board or backing out, the previous food I enter disappeared and only shows the one I just added. Also same thing happens when I go to the dash board.

It happened when I tried to enter breakfast, morning snack and lunch. I have tried multiple foods and the same issue occured.

I only enter food from database (egg, hard boiled, mocha, etc...)

Using the app on a pixel 10 fold pro on Android 16. All updated installed, and tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app to sign out and clear cache. I also disconnected and reconnected my phone/watch from the Fitbit app as well and none of the solutions worked.

It is happening with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard and also when in the food site in the app. Happens whether it is a custom food or in the database.
Allows only one food entry (doesn't matter which meal) and any additional type of food entry overwrites that single entry.

Hi I am using the iPhone app. All my logs from this morning are fine. Everything I log from 3pm onward is disappearing after I enter it. In my case that’s lunch and dinner. I will see it added including in the list and total calculations. And then the items disappear before my eyes. If I add it back, something else from lunch or dinner disappears.

I'm having the same problem. To answer your questions: There is a (+) at the top of the screen, it is happening with custom food, and I am using an android. Very frustrating for those of us using fitbit to help with weightloss and not able to log our food! Please fix ASAP.

It's doing it for any meal type and does it no matter if you scan a barcode or add it with the plus sign. Does it for both custom foods and ones in the database. I use Android.
