I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Go into the App Store on your phone , press on your photo and scroll down to Fitbit app . There is an update option on it , so press on it and the food log should work again .

I am on an Android phone. I have tried rebooting my phone, and uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app. It started around 8am PST on 12/04/2025. I tried entering items, they appear to go on the list & then vanish as I look at them. If I put in multiple items, only the last one shows before vanishing. Sometimes the items don't show at all. Please fix this as I am depending on my app for my weight loss program.

UPDATE: someone from Fitbit got back to me and said they are rolling out updates to fix this. It will be available in some areas as early as today, but everybody should get the update between now and the 12th

Same here- android user. Apparently still have the 4.57 version. Food entries disappear whenever I try to log them via the plus sign or through the food page. I

I have tried the plus sign on the home screen and adding from the food section. Neither keep the food logged for me.

It seems to be working now. Entered my morning foods and corrected an entry from yesterday.

It’s the latest app version 4.58. Luckily I have a copy of the old app, 4.57 and it works completely fine so it’s a bug they need to fix.

I cannot understand the answers on the forum... I still cannot add food yesterday or today... whatever I add it is there a few seconds then disappears.....
What is happening to resolve this issue ?

I sent an email to them via the email on the app store describing my issue. I haven't received a response but the problem is gone now.

This is happening to me. Started yesterday. Happens whether I use the plus sign or I’m in the food section of the app. When food is logged, it appears as logged for a second and is then deleted. On iPhone, using iOS 26.1 . Iphone was rebooted, logged in and out of Fitbit app, Fitbit app was uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem.
