I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

To answer your questions, for me this happens no matter how I try to enter food in the app and for every meal. Including custom food, food I search, frequent foods, etc. And I'm using an android device.

Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app?
I went into the app, clicked the calorie dial in the Today section at the top, then the plus in the upper right corner.
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific?
I was able to enter breakfast just fine this morning, but now it will not stay logged regardless of what I put it under.
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base?
It affects those listed in the database. I have not put in any custom foods today. Also, it is my usual lunch, so these are frequently used items that won't stay logged.
Are you using an Android device or an iOS (iPhone /iPad?
I am using Android. Google Pixel 9
Additional note: When I log a food, there are no errors, and it appears with the other logged foods. But if I log another food or if I go back to the main screen and come back it is no longer there. I have force closed the app and reopened. I checked for updates and didn't see any. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it. I power cycled the phone.

This issue is also happening for me and my husband. I have the Inspire2 and my husband has the VersaLite.
Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app? We tried both ways and they both have the issue (items entered disappear). "Log and add more" also doesn't work.
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific? This is occurring on every meal entered for both of us. Earlier, the items disappeared immediately. Now, one item logs, then disappears if another item is logged. On the one item that does log, if we attempt to edit it, we get "unknown error occurred". Note: items logged before 8:30 a.m. central time today are still showing and can be edited.
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base? Custom food acts the same for us.
Are you using an Android device or an iOS (iPhone /iPad? We both have Android cell phones we use with the Fitbit app (and no other devices).

Same issue, tried everything. Using android newest samsung. Cant add any new food items to snack, lunch, dinner any meal. I tried the plus sign, looking for items, scanning item it adds it and then disappeared. Since this morning.

Same here.
Android device. Forced stop. Cleared cache. Check for updates. Rebooted phone. Made multiple attempts at food entries. None are saving beyond the one entered early this morning.

I was able to log my breakfast items and one lunch item when logging my breakfast. Around 11:45 am Eastern time I had issues and haven't been able to log any else. The item appears as logged then disappears when I try to log another item. The new item disappears shortly after. I tried fire stopping the app, resetting my phone multiple times, clearing the cache. I am using a android phone.

Same issue here. Just noticed it today with breakfast. I can add a food (listed in the database), but when I go to add another, the one I last added will disappear. Then eventually they all disappear. I have a pixel 10 and I'm running the newest version of Fitbit. Haven't bothered to try with other meals, because I'm still trying to log breakfast. Please fix asap. I'd hate to have to go back to fitness pal.

The same problem just started with my Inspire 3 today. I’m using the app on my iPhone. I click on food, find my items and tap the plus. Everything looks okay, but it doesn’t actually log anything. The day isn’t shown in the list either. I tried closing the program and reopening it, but nothing has helped so far.

Food will enter for about a second it shows calories etc. then resets to zero. Android. Happens both with the plus and food buttons. Happens all meal times. Happens log and log this add more button. Happens when I bar code scan or pick from recents.

Having the same issue. Enter food, shows up in the list, switch back to app and it has disappeared.

I can switch to food entry screen, enter food, most times it records the food, switch back to the app and it's gone, go back to the entry screen and the food that I just entered is gone.

The app worked normally this morning. Accepted breakfast. Later this afternoon it would not accept lunch and dinner.
