I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I'm using a Samsung mobile.
Food/calories input disappears almost immediately, still happening.
Effects all input from the app I usually use the + sign

Hi, This is happening to me as well.
I use a Google Pixel 9, happens when I try to log food using the + symbol; haven't tried any other way. Also happens with every meal, coming from the database. The food appears there for a second and then I receive the "unknown error detected" message. And the log disappears.

Same here on Android. I hit the + on dashboard opens food database to add but nothing shows up when I tap log this and add more

This problem started for me yesterday too, each new food entry overwrites the previous one, rendering a large part of why I use Fitbit useless!

Via app on android, all items/food disappears after entering no mather which way of trying to enter. Own registered food, from the DB, fast calories.

It’s seems like this started yesterday in which I have an inspire 3 and I’m the same I have deleted the app and reconnected through Google in which I have had to reset metrics and preferences of data and logging food also is the same it disappears and only logs 1 item.. it’s lost two years of data but if we can fix it I’m happy to log from today.

I am using the app on an android phone. It happens whether I use the barcode to scan & look up an item on the food database or whether I use the + and try adding an item from the frequently or recently used items list. One thing of note is that If i click on the entry i have just made in an attempt to see if the nutrition details have been stored i get "An unkown error occurred".

It’s still not working. I just tried to log a cup of coffee at it disappeared. I am an iOS user. It doesn’t matter what time of day food, custom, or not. Even if I try to add anything to breakfast yesterday which was unaffected, the entry is deleted. These types of issues are happening too often. Do better Google/Fitbit.

I checked the app again this morning to see if it was fixed and no go. Going back to track for yesterday, Dec. 4, it will only save one entry for the day temporarily. You close the app, go back in, and that is gone. Macros do not show on entry either, it will for a half a second and then disappear to only a learn more short description. I've restarted the app twice, signed out and in, restarted my phone twice and still a no go. This is the second issue in the past month or so with this feature. 😔
