Fitbit dead. Can't remove from app, but how do I change the Fitbit to pick up data from a new one?

Fitbit dead. Can't remove from app but how do I change the info in the app to pick up data from an alternative Fitbit.

@GiantSunflower when you add the other Fitbit in the app, you will be prompted to remove the old Fitbit from your account. After you agree to that, you will be able to set up the new Fitbit.

Let me help you with your question in regards the setup of a new device on your Fitbit account. @alexthecat thanks four youer help!

You may be able to remove your dead Fitbit device by doing as @alexthecat explains or by doing the following:

- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap Devices .
- Tap the image of your Sense 2
- Swipe all the way down and tap on "delete device from account"

Once your old device has been removed, you can setup a new device on your Fitbit app by doing the following:

- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap Devices .
- Tap Add more devices.
- Choose your new device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Thank you Alex. A friend loaned me a Fitbit and I have manged to sync that.
The Sense 2 is not showing, so I think I must have deleted it as it's not
showing at all.
