I recently leveled up my fit bit from the charge to the sense. I used to workout 2 hours a day 5 days a week with my charge and rarely, if ever, had any problems. Ever since getting the sense I've been working out much less (due to life stuff) but now i am having trouble with it constantly freezing and not being able to use it during workouts or not being able to charge unless i reset it. Ive contacted fitbit multiple times and they keep telling me to do a reset which i have.
does anyone have this issue? Is it a lemon watch? What should i do? Is the sense not meant to be used during workouts? I would love some insight on this. Thank you!

I was able to confirm you contacted support, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again since there's a case already created.
