Fitbit not syncing

For the last 48 hours my fitbit is not syncing. I've tried all the things you're supposed to do:

Force restart app, log off, turn bluetooth off and on, delete and reinstall the app, shut down phone, check for updates...

I've done all of these things multiple times to no avail. It's especially frustrating because I'm paying for premium and nothing is being logged. The live chat option won't open so I can't even talk to anybody. I'm ready to stop paying for premium and get rid of the whole thing and try something else.

I’ve got this issue too, I’ve tried restarting and get a giant Red Cross on the screen, I haven’t had it very long either, it’s so frustrating
