Fitbit sense 2 (new) no red light!

Seriously, what is wrong with the Fitbit sense 2?! 😞 My first one had a dead black screen and no (green/red) lights on the back, but was buzzing for the code for sync with the app. After reading this entire forum it still did nothing (although the battery was fully charged) so it had to be returned.

 

Now my second one came in yesterday (brand new): thank gosh the screen works, but... after 1 hour the heart rate stopped, (didn't noticed it) so slept with it and then this morning I saw that the fitbit sense 2 hadn't record any heart rate or sleep. What I also notice is that the red light does not work? (Haven't even worked at all since unboxing?) Only the green light (and only when shaken the fitbit the green light turns on. Not what I'm used to, with my years of fitbit inspire HR. The green light always stayed on.)

 

Synced with the app dozens of times, but the (new) heartbeats (heart rate?) are still not displayed in the app.

 

SpO2 doesn't work too (what makes sense because it didn't even record my heart rate and sleep) I read the forum again and again, rebooted/restarted the fitbit, heart rate (green light) did it again. But still no red light. In youtube videos I see that the fitbit sense 2 has green and red flickering lights. Well, not mine.

 

So I did everything what moderators suggested in other posts like:

 

"I'd recommend uninstalling the SpO2 Tracker app, rebooting your phone, restarting your watch to refresh its performance, reinstalling the SpO2 Tracker app, wearing your watch to sleep and syncing it once you're awake to check your details."

 

Have updated the app too, but while doing all this (above) the fitbit sense 2 stopped completely with the green light, no heart rate anymore. Making an ECG, hoping the green light would work again, I got an error. I turned it off for 2 hours, then turned it back on and now the green light is back. But for how long...? And still no red light?

 

Have the latest Fitbit Firmware Update: 1.184.52,

 

Can somebody help me with the problem why the red light (since unboxing) never flickered? And why the green light doesn't stay on either (like with my old fitbit inspire HR it does!) and therefore the Sense 2 does not record any heart rate / sleep etc. in the app?

 

Is this fixable? Or do I have to return it again? Then it will no longer be a fitbit for me anymore. 😞

Forgot to mention that I also tried logged out of the fitbit app, then force quit the app, then turned off the phone, turned it back on, then turned fitbit sense 2 off/on, removed function as SpO2 beforehand, and reinstalled after rebooting everything, and since then the fitbit didn't have the green light anymore.

(So I turned it off, for 2 hours, now only the green light works again, but still no red light and no graph heart rate (not even when synchronizing).

 

With the fitbit inspire HR I get immediately a graph heart rate, with the Sense 2 the app notice the heart beating but does not register it. (even after hours of wearing) 😢 Is this again a dysfunctional Fitbit??? Please I hope someone has an answer.😔
