Hello @Pds63 and welcome to the Community.  All current Fitbit models use a magnetic charging cable.  There are magnets in the Fitbit and the charging cable.  Please ask your doctor if it is safe to use.  I own a Sense 2 and the magnet in the pebble can hold on to tweezers.  The magnet in the charging cable seems stronger.
