Fitbit sense 2 sensor lights not on and heart rate not logging.

My fitbit sense 2 is only 18 mths old. Suddenly not syncing steps on Fitness app, not reading heart rate and the sensor lights on the device are no longer on.

 

Tried turning on and off, cleaned sensors with toothbrush and water but still not working...any suggestions

Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as expected. Thanks for having taken the time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
