my sense 2 not sync after 00.00 every night I've reset my watch to factory settings and reset my Samsung galaxy s21plus and it is still not syncing I've also got a charge 6 watch as well same thing happens on two Fitbit watches . other watches work fine just not Fitbit any idea's please

Hi @steve1766 - the problem may be related to both your devices.
Only one can be connected at a time.
Try using one phone and one watch only. This means turning everything else off. Remove any Bluetooth entries for the watch in question.
Logout of the Fitbit App, restart the watch and phone, then login to the Fitbit App, go to the Devices page and use Add more devices and select yours and replace.
This will ensure you have a new Bluetooth setup and it should sync.
If you are using the new V4 Fitbit App one of the problems is it can lose connection.
