This has been my favorite design of the fitbit brand watches. Unfortunately the watch broke on me only after a couple of charges and only 7 months of ownership. So I took it in to a repair shop that fixes all kinds of electronics. They opened it up and took photos for me to see. The inside of the watch was destroyed by the battery. So I got online to look up if similar watches had same problem. Infact it did battery dying quick to the watch just won't work in less than a year.
Super disappointed! Number 1 brand in this field and pretty much garbage product.
I will give the sense 2 a good grade on design but reliability makes it like buying toilet water.
So disappointed. I beg you to do more quality checks on your product if you plan to sell these things for 380$ which is what it cost me at Walmart when I bought it.

Hi @ASmith82 - battery reliability can be affected by poor seals allowing moisture to get in and overload the battery, but you are right build quality could do with some improvement to avoid this happening.
If it is under warranty normally it can be replaced. May be not if it has been tampered with.
