Fitbit spo2 watch face not working properly with sense 2

The watch face I loved so much on my versa 2 is digitized and uncoloured (sometimes) with my sense 2. Why would it get worse? Can a sense 2 version be made? It’s the watch face where you can cycle through 5 different screens to see different stats.

Hello @Psychpsten and welcome to the Community.  I see eight SpO2 clock faces available for the Sense 2.  Are you using the SpO2 Signature clock face?  The screenshots show five views.  Sometimes I will load a clock face on My Sense 2 just to see if I can reproduce the problem.

You would think that a Fitbit clock face would work properly, but others have reported issues with other Fitbit clock faces on the Sense 2 and Versa 4.  A bug report can get filed to bring it to Fitbit's attention.

You also said that you love that clock face.  I do want to point out that you had to use specific clock faces on the Versa 2 in order to get your SpO2.  Your SpO2 is available in the Today stats.  If the clock face just won't work, you might find something else you like until it gets fixed.

Yes it’s the spo2 signature that I really like that seems to be wonky now.
It works fine for a while and then some of the views don’t have colour in
the bars… and when switching views it’s very digitized, and then it softens
out after it loads. That never happened on my versa 2.

That’s a good point that you don’t need it anymore; I have to get used to
this new watch.

Thank you!
