Fitbit starts to provide feedback on suggestions

There are tons of suggestions, including critical ones for the Sense 2 / Versa 4, where advertised features are not available, and the status is not known to customers. Some of these suggestions have been made several months ago, without the slightest comment from Fitbit.

Hi @denmike2 - good point, feature suggestions are what people would hope to have in the future, how soon that will be, or if even possible, is unknown and in some cases, it has already been noted that it won't happen in the specifications.

You are right a better feedback would be useful so that people don't get their hopes up for nothing.

If your watch is not working now as expected there is always the option to get a refund within 45 days if bought from Fitbit or some stores offer 14 to 30 days.
