As of the latest Fitbit update a week ago (version 4.39) it will no longer connect to MyFitnessPal to show calories on the dashboard. When I followed the troubleshooting to unsync / disconnect and then reconnect the apps to each other I get an error message on MyFitnessPal that says "To connect your FitBit account please allow MyFitnessPal to access all FitBit data points". I've ticked every box available. I've disconnected my Sense 2 and reconnected. I've done a hard reset of the watch. Is this an app update issue? Anyone else experiencing problems? FitBit told me to turn it off and on again and said it was a MyFitnessPal issue but MyFitnessPal say it is FitBit. Help!

Same thing happened to me when I tried to connected my steps and exercise. I uninstalled/reinstalled both apps, checked permissions, and tried on a desktop, but had no luck. I contacted Fitbit about the problem a few days ago but haven't heard back.

Having the same issue and error message. Uninstalled and installed FitBit and MyFitnessPal. Did a hard reset of my FitBit.
No luck, connecting my FitBit to MyFitnessPal won't work. Would be happy if you received a solution and shared it here.

Same issue for me too. Noticed a few days ago that the connection stopped working after a certain time at night every day so the final total wasn’t accurate. I’ve just tried to revoke connection and reconnect, but I get the same error messages. I did hard resets on everything and still nothing works. Hope they send out a fix quick!

I’m having the exact same problem. I’ll be following this for a solution. Very frustrating!
