Let's see the cycle for many customers (Granted that some people will support Fitbit completely blind whatever Fitbit does but this is probably a marginal group going extinct soon)
Step 1: What is the best Fitbit smartwatch today, from the Fitbit Website? Let's purchase the Sense 2
Step 2: Realizing Sense 2 is not a smartwatch, Many basic features missing, returning it and looking again for a smartwatch
Step 3: Purchasing a Google Pixel smartWatch
Step 4: Battery life makes the watch close to worthless unless you always remember to charge it and do not care about tracking your sleep (as charging would happen at night for more people)
Step 5: Returning Pixel Watch and either giving up on the idea or looking for Garmin, Samsung 5 Pro or other Xiaomi or Huewey options
Step 6: And this time, it works.... Real smartwatches with all basic features working and not "coming soon features" and good battery life...
While Sense 2 has all the hardware and passed software (from the original sense) to beat most of the competition with flying colors, it failed miserably at delivering the software with the sense 2.
What a pity.... what a mistake!

@Patrick421 I have the last best most advanced smart watch Fitbit will have ever made the Original Sense, although not every thing is perfect, it's stainless steel body, makes up for the haptic button and charger issues. As for software the Fitbit OS, was great for what it does.
I am a Pixel phone user and looked at the Pixel Watch, it compares to my recalled Ionic in features, but the battery life.
How did the Google engineers forget the most important feature? Battery life? Other than that the Pixel Watch for what it is, is great, but bring the Sense sensors and the battery life and I would buy the Pixel Watch 2.
