Friends list

Hi recently upgraded to a sense two and seem to have lost all my friends from my

original Fitbit.  When I try to add friends it’s only giving me about four to chose from is there some way to integrate your original list?

Hi @lindaell.

This could be because either you or your friends have migrated to a Google account and the other parties haven't yet migrated (still using a legacy Fitbit account). Although I think you should still be able to add them, just not be able to see their data.

Have you tried going to the "You" tab in the Fitbit app - "Friends" - the blue circle with "+" in it - "username" tab on the top row. You should be able to add your friend by username from here, of course you will need to ask them for their username. There is also the option to add them by email if they can provide you with that.
