On the Pixel 2, when the watch detects a fall, it will vibrate and sound an alarm. The wearer has 30 seconds to respond or the watch, through the app on the phone, will call emergency services, with the users location, and a personal contact that you have setup.

Hi @Bobham - this feature has been requested but is not available in a Fitbit, other brands have it.
