Does anyone know how to resolve a missing Google Wallet tile on the Sense 2. I have set up Google Wallet on my phones Fitbit app, added a payment card, then synced with the watch, however, the tile on my watch is still showing as Fitbit Pay not Google Wallet? If I open Fitbit Pay I can see my payment card and can use it to pay for items so it works fine but the tile did not update?
I have rebooted the watch, removed the payment card and re-added it but it still doesn't update.

Thanks for the details and the time taken while troubleshooting your Sense 2. This is odd as the Google Wallet should appear on your watch after setting it up on the Fitbit app. Given this situation, I've requested a case on your behalf so you can receive further assistance. After many emails from Fitbit support this issue has not been rectified nor does it look like it will be. Although quick to reply with possible solutions all they have suggested so far is to do a reboot, factory reset etc. obvious stuff Id already done prior to contacting them. Despite emailing them to advise none of these options have worked all I now get is an apology for the inconvenience caused, advising me to ensure I update my watch (if and when an update becomes available) and to tell me their team is looking into this situation but currently they don't have a time frame when this will be fixed.
All I can say that for a supposed premium product, which was by no means cheap to buy, this is appalling customer service to expect me to just wait in the hope a solution will be found if ever. I purchased this product expecting it to function correctly not to spend days on end fault finding and trying to figure out how to get it to work correctly.
This was my first time using a Fitbit (following recommendations from past users) but since purchasing I now find they are dropping certain functionality so who knows what’s next to get the axe and wonder if in a few months’ time more will disappear. Fortunately, I am still within the time period to return this so unless this is resolved soon it will be going back.

Sorry to hear that, try uninstalling then reinstalling the Fitbit app. If not possible or not working, try force stopping the app through settings.

Hi thanks for the suggestion I've already tried a reinstallation and forcing/stopping the app but with no luck. Thanks though.

Then click Fitbit pay tile, it might ask you if you want to upgrade to Google Wallet.

I did this and the app updated to Google Wallet but despite syncing with the watch, rebooting, factory reset etc. it will not show up on the Sense 2 and remains Fitbit Pay tile? all very odd.

Please forget it. Even if you make Google Wallet to appear, chances are it may not support your bank cards.
