Help my watch is not keeping proper time. It says right now 8:53 and it is really 9:42. This has nothing to do with the time zone???? I have no idea what is going on with this watch!!! This now the second issue. I am going to see if I send it BACK!!!!

Hi @Rocnbul - if your watch loses minutes per day it is faulty and it is wise to replace it under warranty. However if the battery runs down the clock will stop, so will lose a lot of time.
Normally if it syncs frequently it gets updated and it is not so visible. However the connection can frequently get lost with the new V4 Fitbit App which will aggravate this problem.
If the watch just has a wrong time, without losing more, it may be necessary to troubleshoot.
How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Well it did change and I have NO idea why. I tried restarting it several times with no change then suddenly it was ok. I think you are right. Something to do with the syncing.
THANKS Toni
