Hello @m1unch and welcome to the Community. The pinned thread at the top of this forum lists the major changes in the firmware. I think it's worth it if you like to use GPS exercise shortcuts. It added Dynamic GPS which will use your phone's GPS sensors it you have your phone with you. I used the Ionic, the Charge 4, and the Versa 3, all with built in GPS. The built in GPS on the Sense 2 is the least accurate of them all.

Hi @m1unch - have a look at the posts for the various firmwares.
194.61 was a disaster but 194.86 seems less problematic.
Unfortunately the notification you receive for a firmware update doesn't tell you which will be installed. It is unlikely to be 194.61 as that was withdrawn but it could be a newer one than 194.86, though there have been no posts of a more recent one than that.
Your watch may be on 184.52 which was quite stable. There is no obligation to install new firmwares especially if everything is working now.
Unless there is something you need from a new firmware it may be prudent to wait.
If you currently have issues troubleshoot them first.

Sense 2. Netherlands. Updated to 194.86 couple of weeks ago. No problems whatsoever.
