Sorry for this sudden post.
Actually, my Sence2 stopped being able to start up at the end of last year (around Christmas).
I have to press and hold the button on the main unit to force it to restart,
After that, a big X appeared on the screen.
I had used it for a year and a half and the warranty period had expired, so I thought it was probably just premature aging.
However, as the year changed, I found people with similar symptoms on the US forum and in the review section of the Google store.
And at about the same time, too...
I can't say for sure until I have more samples,
I'd like to post a note here to see if there are other people with the same problem.
I'd like to see if there are others out there who have the same problem.

First, press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo starts to turn blue/reverse, release the button for about 2 seconds (about 2 flashes).
Then press and hold the button for a few more seconds.
Then the fitbit logo will appear in a circle during the inverted blinking.
(Keep pressing the button).
The screen will disappear and the Fitbit logo will start blinking/flashing again.
Finally, there will be a big red X (cross mark).
Then stop pressing the button.
A progress bar will appear on the screen.
(It will extend to the middle of the screen and turn off).
The screen will disappear and the progress bar will reappear.
When the progress bar reaches the end, the light turns off again.
If all goes well, you will then be prompted to select a language or “Install fitbit app”.
This completes the complete initialization.
From then on, you can register the device to your phone using the same procedure as when you purchased a new device.
If you experience similar symptoms, please write to us here.
There is also a possibility that the device can be restored to its original state, so please try the above method as well.
I am trying to find out how many similar people there are.
