Beyond frustrated and disappointed in this company. Have been loyal to Fitbit for over 10 years and I only get some measly 35% discount on a new product when mine is barely 2 years old? All I did was shut it off and then it started this crazy reboot cycle.

Hi @LalaMB - it may not be possible but try fully charging it for 2 hours then try restarting by holding the watch button for a full 12 seconds and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start normally, hopefully.
Try this with the phone Bluetooth switched off.

I had to check the name to see if I had written it! I almost bought an Apple Watch instead but I have had a Fit it for probably 10 years and didn’t want to change. Now my new one (1 year old) is not working and I regret my last choice.
