I started doing this last Friday with a Fitbit Sense 2 and I finally got a low battery warning after 5 days. Do I go an extra day? lol. Currently at 35%

@george058 Maybe. Maybe not. I don't recommend trying it to see. Letting your battery charge go low is known as a deep discharge. Deep discharges shorten long term battery life with this type of rechargeable battery. That low battery warning means it is a good time to recharge for long term performance.
