Haven’t received fitbit

I placed an order for a sense 2 on the Sept 22. A shipping label was made on the 24th. Now it just states that it is waiting for usps to pick up. It’s already been two weeks. Nothing else has been updated. I ordered from Fitbit website. Why have I not received it yet or any other updates.
