My android app appears be recording info. But my sense 2 is NOT responding & won't pair.
Does not have a clock face and us acting like I don't have the app

Hi @maggikim - to fix the app recording data without syncing the watch, go to the device/account (Connected to) page and remove the phone or any other device except the Sense 2 from the account.
It may be that you haven't setup the Sense 2 yet, so set it up on that screen.
