Several issues:
1) Can’t get the watch to hold a charge for too long. If I have to take it off for any reason (like showering, doing the dishes, etc), it causes the battery to drain faster than if I were wearing it.
2) Having trouble keeping the right time. The watch died on me a few days ago (battery ran low) and after I finally got it charged, I noticed the time is wrong. Not even sure how to correct this issue.
3) I got the big red X today. I tried restarting the watch to see if it would reset the time issue, but instead it flashed a few times, then displayed a big X before going dark. I did get it back on again, but the time is still wrong.

This might not help much, but only way to fix wrong time is to get it to sync; that just means it hasn't successfully synced since the problem. It takes the time from phone when it syncs.
As for the red X, what I have found is to do a restart but hold the side button in even after the usual fitbit logo appears, then it starts flashing, then get red X, then eventually gets to usually clock display; only then do I release then side button - much longer than the usual 10 seconds.
