My sense 2 has not been tracking health metrics correctly - this had been happening intermittently since Sunday (9/22) and consistently since yesterday (9/23). Sleep is not logging at all, which I've been told is as a result of a known issue with the heart rate variability algorithm. As of today, my health metrics are not logging on the app, despite being tracked on my watch. I've restarted the device, uninstall and reinstalled the app but the issue continues. The support team were only able to share that this is a known issue but they don't have a time frame for resolution 😞

I'm in the same boat - I had wanted to stick with FitBit since I have years of data but at this point, I'm wondering if I should just cut my losses. The watch has the functions that I want but the app experience is poor and the lack of clarity on when bugs will be fixed doesn't fill me with a ton of confidence that my experience will improve 👀

I'm right there with ya! Except I can't even see my health metrics on my Sense 2 so I'm at a total loss and 100% disappointed. I very much looking forward to checking my sleep in the morning as I've had some insomnia issues as of lately, of course perfect timing for this exact issue! 😞 I am glad to hear they are aware of the issue but a timeframe of when it will be fixed would be nice. This didn't happen to me until I switched my account over to a Google account from my Fitbit account literally just yesterday...

Same here. It was spotty for a few days, missing several hours per night and now two days of nothing. I have rebooted, reset, done all the normal things and nothing.

Same here. Had a rough night of sleep two nights ago I was looking forward to seeing what the Fitbit analysis of it was. And got NOTHING. I'm also having more & more trouble syncing my Fitbit every day and it's becoming a real pain in the **ahem**. Seriously considering investigating other smart watches as the Fitbit Sense 2 is becoming more and more of a disappointment and buggy as hell.

I'm in the same boat as of Thursday 9/25/2025. No sleep data did not look at health matrix. I have just been put on oxygen at night and want to see my levels. I'm not paying for premium service, to not receive it.
