My sense 2 has just randomly stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep. No matter what I do it’s not picking it up. Super frustrated. It’s only 6 months old. Argh.

Hi there, @fifiefoefum, welcome back to the community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the heart rate and sleep features in your Sense 2.
I would recommend you to check this article to know what factors can affect heart rate and also some tips to fix your heart rate reading, also, double check how you wear your Sense 2.

Hi @fifiefoefum @Jaydbee - when I updated the Fitbit App to the new version (v4 onwards) I had exactly the same issue. The heart rate and sleep data was not feeding into the App properly when I synced them. (I know it was that because I could see the heart rate data in 2 hour blocks on my sense 2 screen but not on the App)
I tried all sorts of troubleshooting like increasing the charge, rebooting device, reinstall App, but eventually found that the only thing that constantly made it work was to disconnect the sense 2 device from the App overnight when sleeping (I just use Airplane mode on my iPhone to do that) then reconnect it in the morning before syncing the sense 2 with my iPhone. I have done this now every night for over 30 days and each morning get full sleep and heart data after syncing (sometimes have to sync more than once). I know it sounds ‘phaffy’ and it’s just a ‘sticking plaster’ fix for now but at least it means I can carry on using the device and getting the stats I pay for.
Maybe it works for you too. I hope so.
