I am so upset…I got in touch with my doctor to tell her I had heart rate spiking…I found this from my Fitbit information. I had graphs that there were going from beats at 80 to 160 without exercise. I wore a heart monitor for 3 days and got a call to say that my heart results were fine…So, I asked a friend that has a fitbit, if it was possible that I may have done something with my hands or arm that might have changed my heart rate on my watch…not me real heart rate. Well, I guess there is…I make blankets every year for a charity. I ask for yarn. When I get it all, around 1000 skeins, I ball it. Making the yarn into a ball makes for faster crocheting. The movement of my hands for over 3 weeks gave me a FALSE HEART RATE…..So, my question is this, what good is the heart rate program on my Fitbit? It’s not real
