I’ve had my Sence 2 for a year now. I have noticed several times that the Sence 2 heart rate graph is significantly different than the heart rate graph displayed on the Fitbit app. The graph on the Sence 2 seems to be fairly accurate. The graph on the app is consistently 10 to 25 beats lower. Is anyone else noticing this issue? Anything I can do to improve the graph accuracy?

Welcome to the community forums @GibsonGuitar.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this inconvenience with your Sense 2.
I'd suggest you follow the steps listed here:
Please make sure to have updated the Fitbit app and the software on your phone.

I have force quit the app, reset the phone, turned off the phone, offloaded and reloaded the app, cleared phone ram and reset the Sence 2. I think that’s everything. Heart rate graphs are still different.

@GibsonGuitar I think some of the difference comes from the time interval for each graph. The Sense 2 heart rate screen covers the last two hours. The screen isn't interactive and it's hard to estimate the time difference between data points. But it is very small, possibly one minute. The heart rate graph on your app shows a number that is averaged over five minutes. I currently have one spike of 91 bpm on my Sense 2 screen, but it is 78 on my app. It was a very brief burst of activity and got smoothed out on the app.
Does this help?

Thanks! That explains it. I would not have expected such a slow sample rate. My biggest errors are at peak activity. Too bad they can’t increase the sample rate to 100 ms or even 1 sec. Thanks again!!!
