Heart rate stuck

My Fitbit Sense 2 has got my heart rate stuck at 95 despite exerciseing or sitting down. So my active minutes are still 0 when I know they're not. Any ideas to fix this? Thanks.

Some watch faces have that problem from time to time, they just don't update HR.

 

Swipe left until you are on the HR tile, wait a few seconds and swipe right back to the watch face, the HR should be updated - at least that worked with the watch face on my Sense 2.

 

If this fails restart the watch by pressing the button for a few seconds until the Fitbit logo appears.
