I’m struggling to have my Fitbit in a position for it to get my heartbeat all the time any tips for this

Check your heart rate graph on phone app to see if it is continuous.  I find sometimes my data, including heart rate, continues to be recorded, but takes breaks from being shown on watch.  If that is the case, sometimes it helps to switch to a different clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
