Horribly laggy interface/no auto recognition of workouts

I recently upgraded, or so I thought, from my Sense to a Sense 2. Sense 2 has a horribly laggy and janky interference. I'm not sure if it's hardware or software, but it's bad. My original sense was way smoother.

Plus, it doesn't auto recognize any of my workouts. Yes, I've reset it and restarted it multiple times with no better result. Definitely regret buying this watch. Horrible experience using it.

Thank you.

Hi @SunsetRunner - the Sense is much more refined and has features the Sense 2 doesn't.

if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Much more refined. Lol. Check the Internet. It tells a different story.

I'm past my refund window as I keep hoping a future update or multiple resets will help.

I'd never use the word refined to describe a Fitbit.
