Hourly steps left to hit 250 no longer shows

After the last update I've lost the number of steps left to hit my 250 steps per hour on my sense 2.  I really liked this because I could check on my steps anytime, rather than just getting notified 10 minutes before.  Please bring this back.  I had it on my Versa 2 and used it repeatedly.  Quit fixing stuff that isn't broke.

Hello @tshall123

Would you mind giving us a bit more information about the issue you're having?

When you mention "update", is that update to the Sense 2 or the Fitbit app?

Are you not seeing the Hourly steps tile on your Sense 2?

Do you see the Hourly activity progress in your Fitbit app?

Sense 2 update.  I see the steps tile and I get the 10 minute telling me how many steps left to complete the 250 step goal.  What I can't get anymore is the number of steps left to hit that 250 step goal.  I liked that option as it allowed me to see the steps left anytime, by swiping up on my Versa 2.  That is no longer available on the Sense 2.  I was getting it until a couple of days ago, and I assume it's do to an update on the Sense 2.  The actual step count left as I said, I could get anytime I wanted and didn't have to wait for the 10 minute warning.

Hello @tshall123

Thank you so much for providing the additional information. Based on your info, I moved the thread from the Android app forum to the Sense 2 product help forum where you are more likely to get help from other Sense 2 users.

Please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

Although you probably won't get a response, the team receives and reviews all submitted reports.

Hi @tshall123 - you may be able to improve on the situation by using a different clock face, such as SimpleClockPro which is designed to provide you on the clock face the exact hourly step situation, steps left to do (or done) for the hour, with multiple reminders to keep active, along with the hourly step history for the day, and many more features.
