How can I change my password?

how can I change my password?  It doesn't recogniz the one I put in!

Are you certain that you are meeting the password requirements? Perhaps it wants you to use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers or symbols?

I did that but nothing.  Most apps have a "forgot password" and you can just change it.  Fitbit nothing, I'm soooo disappointed.
