I have this watch 5 days and I am so disappointed with this product. No basic functions promised when advertising Sense 2: no music control, Google assistant, music control, water control and many more which I had on my 5 years old smartwatch. This product is not worth the money I had to pay for it. Fitbit team, please instruct me how can I return this product?

On the app, go the Help & Support link (after clicking on your avatar) and ask to Chat with a representative. They will guide through the return process. Don't listen to people telling you "you'll never see your money." I returned my Sense 2 and it was straightforward and they refunded the entire cost. I did not have to pay for shipping. I hope you find what you need in a smart watch.

I am also extremely disappointed and have mentioned to several people to not buy the sense to until the problems are addressed and that there are updates for everyone’s problems. I have so many issues that span across the alarm system, to the screen going black, to having the pay to tap feature pop up for absolutely no reason, to know me not receiving any text notifications from my phone to my Fitbit. I have now missed 7 Important messages that I was not notified. I will be going back to my original sense, I’m so glad I didn’t sell that one. It’ll be very difficult to sell my sense to me with how unhappy people are

Thank you for your advice, I returned it yesterday. Too much money for this useless for me product. I hope I will get my money soon.

It does take a couple of weeks. Be patient but check back if in doubt.

At least you got yours. Mine was suppose to be expedited on Oct 31. Now they can't track. UPS said they never received and fitbit says they can't track it. Finally got refund for expedite but have know idea where it is at. I just want it cancelled completely and I'll go to Amazon and look for something thst has a de ent customer service. Please fit it respond.

If I can advice you better buy different watch. This one is not worth the money.
