This is in Android, so it may be different for iOS.  From the app home screen go to the section "Stress & Mindfulness>Body responses>"gear in upper right">Notifications

I managed it somehow then lost a lot of other functions. Even if you ignire it the **ahem** thing pesters and pesters and l just want to swear at it to mind its own business.

I have Android, but probably an older version.

For other users, in my App it works as follows:

From Fitbit App home screen;

Open section “Log How you are feeling”

Click the Gear in upper right corner

Notifications
