Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the language on your Fitbit device.

Your Fitbit device uses the same language that you use for your Fitbit account.

If you sign in with your Google Account

From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Fitbit Settings > App Settings.
Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
Choose your country, then sync your device.
Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.

If you sign in with your Fitbit login

From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Settings > App Settings.
Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
Choose your country, then sync your device.
Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.
