How do I change the notification itself on Sense 2?

I have my text messages as always on preview so I can see who the message is from but also what they are saying. On my Fitbit, it shows me “message from XX” and then I have to tap that or wait 3-4 seconds for it to load the body of the message. How do I get it to get rid of telling me who the message is from first? It’s completely pointless. By the time it loads, I can grab my phone and see the message. It’s not convenient at all.

Hi @CourtneyH3 - unfortunately as you say the notification is not nearly as user friendly as on older watches. All you can do is hope for an update that corrects this behaviour. There is a refund policy of 45 days if bought from Fitbit direct if you decide to not wait. Some shops offer 30 days. The Sense [1] works nicely for notifications.

i just received my Sense 2, finally "upgrading" from the Versa 2 i loved. With the V2, i could immediately see the message or notification content. With the S2, i have to  wait, and go through that extra "message from" that CourtneyH3 mentioned.  I also can't find a watch face i like similar to the one that i found for the V2. Leaning towards returning the Sense2...

Hi @CleOHguy - you will probably find the Versa 2 a more versatile and reliable watch, as you will find some features have been removed from the Sense 2.
