How do I get the distance to stay on my clock screen?

I struggle with my eyesight when I am running it would be good if I could get the distance in large on my clock screen so I can check it as I am running can anybody help please?

Hi @Spartakus - you normally can configure what is displayed (within what is available) after choosing run and before starting it swipe the watch face up and adjust the settings to best suit you.
