How do I receive support for my Sense 2?

sense 2 within a year stopped working overseas, never dropped, swim with.

symtom:

1-rusted about a few months ago. Rust around the main display edge.

2-black screen wont turn on, long pressed key not fixed. Remove software on phone suddenly reset itself.

now the watch can’t be turned off even with pair, battery draw really fast.

can the support team get back asap? Thanks!


Now actually can’t pair at all after reinstall the software and the watch stay in start initial screen.


Hon long press, flashing on green and bright white and a whole Red Cross.
