The screen shown is not allowed to attach in here.

The setup is done on the fitbit mobile app. If you go to your device, you should see an icon for Alexa there.

I can’t find anywhere to log on Amazon account in Fitbit app in iPhone.

Therefore I can’t use Alexa on my watch, can I?

Hi there, @Michelle88@asiayeah Thanks for stopping by to help our friend.

@Michelle88 Thanks for your efforts and the picture provided. I'm sorry for this experience and to work on this matter, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Forget the Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your watch.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Tap your profile picture then your device image.
  5. Tap Voice Assistant > Amazon Alexa > Sign in with Amazon.
  6. Tap Get Started. Then create or log in to your Amazon account.
  7. After completing all the steps, tap Close to return to the Voice Assistant tile.

Hi @LizzyFitbit

I tried these instructions but I as Michelle can't find the  "voice assistent" on my app at all for the sense 2?

I tried everything and can't seen to figure out what's wrong. It looks like this for me. Even though I followed the instructions the voice assistent isn't there anyway 😞

Hi there, @ItsAngiie.

Thanks for trying the instructions shared above, and the screenshot provided. Before anything else, could you confirm if you're located in a supported country? To do this, click here and check if your country appears in the list under Alexa Built-in. Also, may I know what options are displayed above the Sync section? I'm asking this as the Alexa option should be next to the Gallery option (see picture below).

If the Alexa option is still not appearing, please let me know the model and OS version of your phone as this will help me to further investigate.

So I tried all the instructions again. Didn't work! I tried uninstalling the app and reinstall it didn't work. On my app that button isn't visible, and yes Alexa is supported in Sweden (according to your site) and is supposed to be supported on the sense 2! So I don't know what's going on 😭

On my app it looks like this:

The model of my phone is a:

Samsung Galaxy s20 (5g)

And the OS is:

Android OS 13 and UI 5.

Neither can I, it should work. That's why I'm asking for help... this is how it looks from start to finish. I tried all the steps, I reinstalled the app, rebooted the Bluetooth, everything! But on my phone it won't show. I even oped my Alexa on the phone to see if I somehow can pair the watch manually, nope. Nothing works.

Hi Lizzy,

I have exactly the same problem as ItsAngiie. I just bought my Sense 2 a few days ago, have tried all the options available online, still the Amazone Alexa tile is missing in my Fitbit app, I only have 'Gallery', 'Wallet' and 'How to use'. I use an Iphone SE 2020 and iOS 16.6.1. My country, The Netherlands, appears in the list under Alexa Built-in. So I don't know what I can do to make the Alexa tile appear, can you help me?

Thank you,

Sofieke

I also have the same issue. Also in the Netherlands. Just bought my Sense 2 this evening, and not only do I only have Gallery, Wallet, and How to Use, but I also am not being offered the Premium trial, despite that being one of the reasons I purchased a new device. The whole experience so far has been nothing but frustrating. Please advise.

UPDATE:
I was able to finally see the Alexa icon in the Sense 2 profile only after removing the Fitbit app from my phone (an iphone) and reinstalling it.
Now it works.
On a slightly related note, I had quite the evening with Alexa; I asked it to make a fart sound, and then was unable to get Alexa to do anything but make a variety of fart sounds (wow, there are a lot!) until I signed out of Alexa. Every time I said stop, or asked a new question just to like, clear the slate, she gave me another fart sound.
So... yeah.  😂

I live in The Netherlands, Alexa should work here, but Alexa is nowhere to be found, not on the watch or in the app.

I did all the steps or solutions that were given like: stop the app, reinstall the app, restart the watch. etc.

Nothing works.

After the problems that I had to get my bankcards in google wallet. This watch feels like an unfinished product.

What really bugs me is why google wants Alexa on their product? I thought that google and Amazon did not like each other that much?

Have you figured this out yet? If you have, have you been able to get alexa to speak? I got her to reply to stuff I say on the watch but it's all in text. I hear no voice.

Unfortunately I have not, after trying all the advice, I gave up on the Alexa thing. So you got further than me with her responding in text.

Have you tried holding the button down until it vibrates? I was able to add it to my favorites (single click opens up the apps tab for me). Now when I single click, I just scroll down till I see it.

It turns out I must have went to the settings and then shortcuts to make it that. Still no sound though.

Update: I finally got it working. Alexa is very limited though and doesn't respond to everything. Setting a timer does finally use the speaker though. Not exactly sure what I did to get it going but it's going.

I'm thinking apple must be blocking it on yours. Have you tried setting it up on an android device? I was using an apple ipad before and had to find an android to get it going for that and google maps.

Hello to anyone dealing with this issue, open your App Store and check first if the Fitbit app is up to date, do also check if your device is up to date. If they are, then uninstall the app then reinstall it. If that does not work unpair your device after reinstalling it. Lastly, if none of that helps, use the link mentioned below to contact more help from Fitbit.
