How do I share with friends and where do I sync my phone with the Fitbit?

Welcome to the community forums, @Kendrayton.

After adding friends on the Fitbit app, you can share certain information with them using the Community tab. To do this, just open the Fitbit app, tap any of the icons next to "What are you up to?" and select the type of information that you'd like to share. Then tap share > Next > select Friends from the list and Post. To learn more about how you can connect with friends, click here.

Regarding your other question, your Sense 2 will automatically sync with your phone as long as the Fitbit app is running in the background and your devices are within Bluetooth range. For more information, let me recommend this help article.
