How do I stop weather prompts on Sense 2?

• I get weather notifications every 20 mins. How do I stop them?  I have tried notifications under settings and there is no weather app to toggle.

I am having issues with my sense 2. I have had it for 3 days and it is driving me insane. If my sense didn't have a cracked screen I would switch back.

I have an android phone and keep weather the weather alerts too. I had mirror my phone set up so I have turned that off in hopes I don't get that notification. I am having issues where i get the vibration of the new notification but it take 10 -15 seconds before the actual notification shows on my watch.

Hi @dmcliv and @apayne1990.  I don't know if this will help you or not.  Please try the following path:

• Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app
• Tap on your Sense 2 tile, then tap on Gallery
• Scroll down to Weather in your app list and tap on it
• Tap on Permissions
• Toggle Mobile Notifications off

There is a note at the bottom of the page that says all permissions need to be on to function properly.  To be honest, I don't use the Weather app on my Sense 2.  It doesn't give me current information -- always old information.

Any idea how to help with the lagging of my notifications on my sense 2? I have tried the troubleshooting and it hasn't helped. My sense 2 will vibrate with the notification, but then it takes a good 10 - 15 seconds before it shows the actual notification on the screen.

@apayne1990   @dmcliv   I'm sorry, but I don't have any specific troubleshooting advice.  My notifications show up immediately on my Sense 2.
