How to change language to English while in Europe but set the time manually (is not possible)?

I previously followed the steps on a previously article that seemed similar but did not clarify how to fix the time manually.

I am in Europe so my time is GMT +1

I turned off auto detect location.

Set my location to United Kingdom and now my time is -1hrs behind.

How do I set the time manually?

All it seems I can do it select between 12 or 24hr time?

Help appreciated.

Searching the community and help for this specific topic yielded no clear ansewr.

Hi @DaveMP  - look at App settings in the Fitbit App and automatic time zone, if you turn it off you can set the time zone manually but it must sync with the watch which may entail restarting both watch and phone to get it to work.
